This system typically consists of a six-axis industrial robot (or a high-load coordinate robot), a multi-functional gripper, an automatic cutter assembly, a vibrating screen, and a waste bag compressor.
Automatic Gripping: The robot grips 25KG bags from a pallet (supporting staggered palletizing recognition).
Bag Positioning and Cutting: The robot delivers the bag to the cutter position, achieving a straight or cross-shaped cut through rotation or translation.
Flushing and Feeding: The robot performs high-frequency vibration and flipping above the feeding port, ensuring that the residual material rate inside the bag is less than 0.1%.
Waste Bag Recycling: Empty bags are automatically deposited into a waste bag collection bin or compressor, reducing space occupation.
Fully Enclosed Dustproof Design: The feeding port features a built-in negative pressure dust removal interface, effectively preventing dust spillage and protecting the production environment and operator health (compliant with GMP/FDA standards).
Intelligent Vision Guidance: Equipped with a 3D vision system, it automatically identifies the height, tilt, and bag position of the material pile, handling disordered or collapsed stacks without manual intervention.
Highly Compatible Clamps: Dedicated “grip + lift” clamps can stably grip various materials such as paper bags, woven bags, and plastic bags, preventing bag breakage and loss.
Optional Explosion-Proof Rating: For environments with flammable and explosive dust (such as aluminum powder and flour), the system can be equipped with a full-body explosion-proof configuration.
