Overview
In modern smart manufacturing, Loading and Unloading Manipulators serve as the critical bridge between processing equipment and logistics systems. Designed to replace manual labor in repetitive, high-intensity, or hazardous environments, these systems ensure seamless material flow and precision positioning for CNC machining, pressing, and assembly lines.
Product Structure and Principle
Multi-Joint Linkage Design: Utilizing a three-stage linkage structure of the upper arm, forearm, and end effector joints, the robotic arm has a cylindrical range of motion, easily navigating obstacles and entering confined spaces (such as inside machine tools or deep within shelving).
Pneumatic Balancing System: Employing a high-precision pressure regulating valve to sense the load weight. When the system reaches equilibrium, the workpiece appears to be in a “weightless” state, allowing the operator to move objects weighing hundreds of kilograms with only a lateral force of 2-5 kg.
Self-Locking and Safety Logic: Equipped with an air supply interruption protection function, the robotic arm automatically locks or slowly descends in the event of a sudden air supply interruption to prevent the workpiece from falling.
