Overview
In automotive chassis assembly lines, the handling and installation of wheel assemblies is a typical high-frequency, high-load workstation. Wheel assemblies typically weigh between 10kg and 30kg and require precise alignment with bearings and bolt holes. Using specialized pneumatic-assisted robotic arms enables efficient, non-destructive, and flexible assembly.
Core Product Functions
Vacuum Adsorption Control: Employs a multi-suction cup design (typically 4-6 adjustable suction cups) in conjunction with a vacuum reserve system. Even in the event of an unexpected air shortage, the glass can remain adsorbed for several minutes without falling, ensuring the safety of personnel and workpieces.
Zero-Gravity Balance Control: The system senses the weight of the glass and achieves real-time balance, allowing glass weighing tens of kilograms to “float” in three-dimensional space. Operators require only minimal pushing force to complete precise docking.
Multi-dimensional flipping: Supports 360° horizontal rotation and 0-90° flipping, making it easy to pick up the material from the glass rack and accurately apply it to the adhesive surface of the car body.
