Overview
Magnetic adsorption industrial robots combine high-performance robotic arms with electromagnetic/permanent magnet adsorption technology, providing a highly efficient automated solution for handling ferromagnetic workpieces (such as steel plates, castings, gears, and pipes). Compared to traditional mechanical grippers, magnetic adsorption eliminates the need to locate gripping points, greatly simplifying loading, stacking, and sorting processes.
Core Adsorption Technology
Electro-Permanent Magnet Technology: Consumes electrical energy only during the attraction and demagnetization phases, requiring no continuous power supply during operation. Even in the event of a sudden power outage, the magnetic force remains, ensuring the workpiece will not fall, providing extremely high safety.
High-Power Electromagnet: Adjustable magnetic force, suitable for lifting steel plates of varying thicknesses and weights. Rapid attraction and release are achieved by controlling the current.
Pneumatic Permanent Magnet: Combining pneumatic control with permanent magnet materials, suitable for the rapid handling of medium to light-weight workpieces, featuring a lightweight structure.

Zero-Damage Grip: No physical clamping is required, avoiding scratches or indentations on the workpiece surface. Ideal for handling precision-machined parts and pre-painting workpieces.
Single-Sided Operation Capability: As long as the workpiece surface has sufficient contact area, gripping can be completed from the top. Particularly suitable for retrieving materials from deep boxes or layering tightly stacked steel plates.
Highly Flexible Switching: The magnetic lifter can change pole shoes according to the workpiece shape (flat, cylindrical, irregularly shaped parts), achieving multi-purpose functionality.
Integration of Assisted and Automation: Can be configured for fully automatic robotic palletizing mode or rigid-arm manual assisted mode (Zero-Gravity), allowing operators to move hundreds of kilograms of steel parts with minimal force.
