- Adaptable to complex environments
We have a strong technical team that provides pre-sales consultation, detailed solutions based on customer needs, and after-sales installation.
Rigid-arm assisted manipulator arms are widely used in the automotive, film, paper and printing, home appliance and electronics manufacturing, machining and casting, food, pharmaceutical and chemical, warehousing and logistics, and new energy industries.
System Core Architecture
The semi-automatic multi-joint truss manipulator solves the problem that traditional trusses can only move in a straight line and cannot avoid obstacles or flip workpieces in complex spaces by installing a multi-joint (usually 5- or 6-axis) balancing arm on a suspended truss track.
This equipment employs a “suspended overhead + multi-joint linkage” layout, achieving a leap from “point-to-point transport” to “precise three-dimensional docking.”
Seventh Axis (Traveling Axis): A suspended truss track responsible for long-distance (up to tens of meters) longitudinal translation above the workshop.
Multi-Joint Assisted Arm: A multi-joint mechanism mounted under the truss carriage. Unlike fully automated robots, its joints integrate high-sensitivity torque sensors, supporting manual traction.
Power Source: Mainstream servo-controlled electric assist, with a response speed reaching microsecond levels, offering smoother operation compared to traditional pneumatic assist.
Interactive Handle: Integrates “intention sensing” technology; the operator only needs to gently flick the handle, and the entire massive mechanical structure will move accordingly.

Core Product Advantages
Maximizing space utilization: Suspended installation does not occupy ground aisles, and the space underneath can accommodate AGVs or other equipment, which is especially important in space-constrained automated workshops.
Extremely high operational flexibility: Irregularly shaped parts or random incoming materials that fully automated robots cannot handle can be processed instantly through human eye recognition combined with robotic arm assistance.
Reduced risk of injury: Completely eliminates lumbar spine strain for workers during the flipping and tilting of heavy objects, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring frequent posture changes, such as automotive gearboxes and large appliance casings.
Application Scenarios
Automotive Component Assembly: Precisely placing seats or dashboards around door frames into their designated mounting points within the vehicle.
Aerospace Manufacturing: Assisting in the assembly of precision but heavy components within massive wing or fuselage structures.
Heavy Casting and Forging: Assisting workers in deburring or transferring large castings in high-temperature or harsh environments.
New Energy Battery Packs: Flipping and snapping battery packs onto narrow module lines.
