Overview
A pneumatic balance manipulator is a power-assisted device that uses the principle of air pressure compensation to put a heavy object into a “weightless” state in space.
The operator can manually grasp the workpiece or use a control handle to hold the heavy object at any height within its stroke. It overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary lifting equipment (such as electric hoists), such as unstable lifting, inaccurate positioning, and inability to sense load changes.
Core Working Principle
Automatic Air Pressure Compensation: The system monitors load pressure in real time through a precision pressure reducing valve and logic control components. When the workpiece weight changes, the system automatically increases or decreases the air pressure to maintain a balance between thrust and gravity.
Full-Stroke Suspension: Achieves a “what you see is what you get” control experience. The workpiece can be moved freely in both vertical and horizontal directions without any impact.

Anti-Off-center Load Design: The rigid arm structure not only lifts vertically but also handles workpieces with their center of gravity off-center, ensuring stability during rotation or horizontal movement.
Safety Redundancy System:
Air Supply Interruption Locking: In the event of a sudden air supply interruption, the robotic arm automatically locks to prevent slippage.
Load Detection: When the air pressure is insufficient to support the current load, the system restricts lifting action and issues an alarm.
