Assembly-assisted manipulator are precision auxiliary devices designed for modern lean production lines. They not only solve the problem of “picking up” and “placing” heavy parts, but also assist operators in completing complex assembly actions such as flipping, tilting, precise alignment, and bolt fixing through a high-rigidity rigid arm structure.

Safety Protection System
To ensure production safety, the equipment is typically equipped with the following functions:
Air Supply Interruption Protection: The robotic arm will automatically lock in the event of a sudden air supply interruption to prevent the workpiece from falling instantly.
No-Load Speed Limiting: Prevents accidental operation under no-load conditions that could cause the cantilever to rapidly extend and injure personnel.
Accidental Release Protection: The clamp is only allowed to release when the workpiece is placed on the support surface.
Low Pressure Alarm: A visual or audible warning signal is issued when the air pressure is insufficient.
