Overview
Pneumatic-assisted manipulators (also known as balancers or rigid-arm manipulators) achieve “gravity balance” of the load through a pneumatic control system. It can counteract the weight of the workpiece, allowing the operator to move heavy objects with minimal force (usually less than 2 kg) during handling, achieving precise positioning in space.

Zero-Gravity Suspension: Workpieces remain stationary regardless of their lifting height, ensuring silky-smooth operation.
All-Around Coverage: Utilizes a multi-joint rotating design (typically 360° rotation), allowing for customized operating radius (commonly 2m-5m).
Stepless Speed Regulation: Lifting and lowering speeds change linearly with operator feel, ensuring precise docking.
Explosion-Proof and Cleanability: Fully pneumatically controlled, requiring no electricity, suitable for chemical, spraying, and flammable/explosive environments sensitive to sparks.
Rigid Structure: The rigid boom design overcomes eccentric loads, enabling not only vertical lifting and lowering but also horizontal pushing, pulling, flipping, and tilting operations.

Safety Protection System
To ensure production safety, the equipment is typically equipped with the following functions:
Air Supply Interruption Protection: The robotic arm will automatically lock in the event of a sudden air supply interruption to prevent the workpiece from falling instantly.
No-Load Speed Limiting: Prevents accidental operation under no-load conditions that could cause the cantilever to rapidly extend and injure personnel.
Accidental Release Protection: The clamp is only allowed to release when the workpiece is placed on the support surface.
Low Pressure Alarm: A visual or audible warning signal is issued when the air pressure is insufficient.
