This system employs a heavy-duty rigid arm structure, specifically designed for loading, unloading, box closing, and box opening processes on casting production lines. Through advanced pneumatic or servo balancing technology, it transforms sand boxes weighing hundreds or thousands of kilograms into a “zero-gravity” state, enabling easy single-person operation.
