This integrated system combines a high-performance industrial robot with a modular conveyor line, designed to achieve a highly efficient and automated transition from “pieces to pallets” or “pallets to assembly line” at the end of the production line. The system is suitable for continuous operations involving cartons, crates, film-wrapped products, and industrial parts.

1. Depalletizing & Palletizing Robots

This is currently the most widely used system, primarily for the automated loading and unloading of cartons, bags, or crates.

  • Core Components:

          Six-axis industrial robot (or gantry robot), 3D vision sensor, customized gripper (gripper or vacuum suction cup).

  • Technical Features:

          3D Vision Guidance: Utilizes LiDAR or structured light cameras to scan the cargo layout within containers and automatically plans the gripping path.

          Hybrid Stacking: Algorithms support the logical stacking of goods of different sizes and weights, maximizing space utilization.

          Collision Protection: Features flexible control technology to prevent the robotic arm from colliding with objects in narrow containers.

2. Telescopic Robotic Loaders

Designed for high-frequency bulk cargo scenarios such as e-commerce and express delivery.

  • Core Components: Telescopic conveyor base + end effector robotic arm.
  • Technical Features:

          Deep Operation: The robotic arm is mounted on a telescopic chassis and extends deep into the container (up to 12-16 meters) as loading and unloading progresses.

          High Throughput: Typically used in conjunction with conveyor lines to achieve seamless connection from warehouse shelves to the interior of the container.

          Plug and Play: Many systems feature a mobile design, allowing for flexible deployment at different loading and unloading points according to scheduling.

3. Heavy-Duty Gantry/Gantry Loading/Unloading Robots (Gantry Robotic Systems)

Suitable for loading and unloading regular heavy objects (such as building materials, large mechanical parts, and palletized goods).

  • Core Components: XYZ three-axis gantry, heavy-duty gripper head.
  • Technical Features:

          Ultra-High Load Capacity: Gripping capacity typically ranges from several hundred kilograms to several tons, far exceeding that of conventional six-axis robots.

          Wide Coverage: The gantry structure can span multiple loading and unloading positions, enabling simultaneous operation of multiple robots.

          Stability: High structural rigidity, suitable for continuous high-intensity operation 24 hours a day.

4. Zero-Gravity Manipulators (Powered Balancing Handling Robots)

This is a human-machine collaborative system suitable for loading and unloading extremely irregularly shaped objects or assembly-type tasks requiring manual intervention.

  • Core Components: Pneumatic power-assisted arm, intelligent sensor handle.
  • Technical Features:

          Zero Gravity: Through torque compensation, objects weighing hundreds of kilograms feel as light as a feather in the operator’s hands.

          360-Degree Rotation: Particularly suitable for complex movements such as flipping and tilting within the confined space on top of containers.

          Safe Fall Protection: Equipped with a gas cut-off protection function to ensure that goods will not fall in the event of an accident.
