Battery Pack Transfer Robot
The battery pack transfer robot uses an aluminum alloy track and a T-shaped main unit, along with a dedicated battery pack clamp, to precisely match the battery packs and ensure stability and safety during transfer. Operation involves manual loading and unloading, while a PLC control system enables automated and precise control, automatically transferring individual battery packs from the pick-up point to the unloading point. This balances ease of operation with high transfer efficiency, ensuring a standardized and controllable transfer process.
