System Architecture
Carton palletizer robots have evolved from traditional “mechanical handlers” into complex collaborative terminals integrating 3D vision perception, embodied intelligent algorithms, and flexible end effectors. They not only solve the pain point of high-intensity repetitive labor but also significantly improve the utilization rate of logistics space through digital stacking algorithms.
This system typically consists of four parts, forming a closed-loop automated work unit:
Actuator: Employs a four-axis high-speed palletizing robot (suitable for high-volume single-size palletizing) or a six-axis general-purpose robot (suitable for flexible palletizing of multiple product types).
End-of-Line Tool (EOAT): Modular vacuum suction cup matrix or side-gripper mechanical gripper, supporting rapid switching between multiple carton sizes.
Logistics Conveying System: Includes carton sorting lines, roller conveyors, and automatic pallet dispensers.
Brain: A control center integrating palletizing logic software and a 3D vision system, supporting the 5G-A protocol.
