Crucible handling manipulator
This solution employs a rigid arm assist structure, combined with servo-guided control and multi-layer thermal protection.
Main Structure: Utilizing a high-rigidity parallelogram linkage mechanism, it ensures the end effector remains perpendicular to the ground during vertical lifting.
Assist Control: Equipped with the Intelligent Assist Device core module, it supports a “zero-gravity” floating mode, requiring only a guiding force of < 1.5 kg from the operator.
End Effector: A customized “three-point self-locking gripper” designed for the crucible shape, featuring force feedback functionality.
