Core Processes of Curtain Wall Glass Assembly Production Line
1. Automatic Feeding
Principle: Raw glass sheets are picked up from the stacking rack and placed on the conveyor line by a truss-type vacuum suction cup robot.
2. Precision Assembly of Aluminum Alloy Frame
Principle: After the aluminum profiles are cut and punched by a CNC machining center, corner brackets are installed and sealing strips are embedded by a collaborative robot.
3. Core Step: Automatic Adhesive Application and Structural Connection
This is the “heart” of the entire production line, directly determining the safety of the curtain wall.
- Adhesive Application: A six-axis robot carrying a two-component adhesive application head performs high-precision continuous adhesive application along the edge of the aluminum frame. The system monitors the adhesive pressure, mixing ratio, and ambient temperature and humidity in real time.
- Lamination Assembly: A large vacuum suction cup robot uses a 3D vision sensor to capture the glass edge and aluminum frame reference, achieving precise assembly.
