System Architecture
To address the spatial layout and process requirements of the workstations, this solution offers two mainstream structural forms:
Pillar Mounted: Independently installed on a concrete foundation, supporting 360-degree rotation. Suitable for central workshop operations and multi-station circular operations.
Wall Mounted: Installed on existing steel structure columns or walls in the workshop, with a rotation angle typically between 180 and 200 degrees. Advantage: Completely eliminates floor space requirements.

Executive Agency
Intelligent chain hoist: Uses wear-resistant alloy chain and features electronic overload protection (automatically cuts off power when exceeding 110% of rated load).
Electric trolley: Side guide wheel design ensures the trolley will not wobble or jam when the cantilever front end is under load.
