System Architecture
The pneumatic jib crane, as a lightweight lifting device, has become a core piece of equipment in high-frequency handling scenarios such as automotive parts manufacturing, machine tool processing, and warehousing logistics due to its excellent flexible handling capabilities and extremely high explosion-proof safety.
This system combines a traditional rotary cantilever structure with modern precision pneumatic balancing technology to form a flexible unit with “hand-operated” control.
Support Mechanism: Utilizes a high-strength aluminum alloy or alloy steel cantilever, featuring light weight and low rotational inertia.
Pneumatic Balancer (Core): Replaces the traditional electric hoist, using compressed air as the power source.
End Effector (EOAT): Customized according to the workpiece shape, such as a pneumatic clamp, vacuum suction cup, or mechanical hook.
Control System: High-sensitivity pneumatic control handle with integrated pressure proportional valve for stepless speed regulation.
