System Architecture
The system primarily uses a column-mounted rigid-arm robotic arm or a suspended moving track as its carrier. Its core strength lies in its ability to handle the enormous rotational inertia of oil drums under full load.
Actuator: Employs a rigid parallelogram linkage mechanism to ensure the oil drum remains vertical or at a preset angle during lifting and lowering.
Power System: Pneumatic Assist: Suitable for environments with extremely high explosion-proof requirements, such as those involving petroleum or solvents.
Servo Assist: Suitable for food processing or cleanroom environments, providing more precise stacking alignment.
End Effect Grip (EOAT): Specially designed drum-side grippers, waist clamps, or internal support claws.
