System Architecture
A rigid-arm power-assisted robotic arm mainly consists of the following four modules:
Support Structure: Typically composed of floor-mounted or ceiling-mounted supports, providing 360° rotation capability.
Rigid Arm Linkage Mechanism: Employs a parallelogram linkage design to ensure the end effector maintains a preset posture with the ground during vertical lifting.
Power-Assisted Drive System: The core power source, driven by either a pneumatic balancer or an electric servo.
Customized End Effector (EOAT): A vacuum suction cup, mechanical gripper, or magnetic lifting device customized to the workpiece shape.
