System Overview
The sand box loading and unloading manipulator is a core piece of equipment for solving the challenges of high-temperature, dusty, and heavy-load handling in foundry workshops. Sand boxes are typically heavy, have uneven center of gravity distribution, and require extremely high alignment precision.
This solution typically employs a heavy-duty rigid arm structure to cope with the enormous eccentric torque and inertia generated during the high-speed movement and precise mold closing of the sandbox.
