Container Cargo Unloading
Vacuum tube lifters are highly efficient tools for container unloading and carton palletizing. Their core logic lies in using a single air source to simultaneously perform both “grabbing” and “lifting” actions. When air is drawn out of the hose, atmospheric pressure compresses the bellows, causing it to contract upwards like a spring.
Control the opening and closing of the pressure relief valve using the knob or trigger on the handle:
Lift: Close the pressure relief valve. Full vacuum is applied to the lifting pipe, the pipe contracts, and the carton rises.
Suspension: Adjust the pressure relief valve to the equilibrium point so that the upward pull generated by the negative pressure inside the pipe is exactly equal to the weight of the goods. At this point, the carton can “float” in the air, and the operator can move it with just a little force.
Release: Quickly open the pressure relief valve. The pressure inside the pipe rises back to atmospheric pressure, the suction cup loses its suction, and the carton falls to the ground and detaches.
