System Architecture
The wheel hub handling manipulator is a key piece of equipment for solving high-frequency, heavy-duty handling problems while ensuring “zero scratches” on the wheel hub surface.
This system typically employs a rigid-arm structure to handle eccentric loads on the wheel hub during transport and supports multi-dimensional tilting movements.
Actuator: A parallelogram rigid linkage mechanism providing excellent torsional stiffness.
Power System: Intelligent servo motor drive (or precision pneumatic balancing) for seamless follow-up.
End Gripper (EOAT): Customized internal or external grippers with flexible protection on the contact surfaces using high-molecular polymers (such as PEEK).
Sensing System: Integrated 3D vision recognition module and multi-dimensional force feedback sensors.
